Shuffll is video infrastructure rather than a video editor, built API-first so personalised video can be produced from customer data at volume. The use case is one-to-one video at a scale no production process could reach manually, in loyalty programmes, real estate and similar data-rich contexts.
Coordinating several models behind a single controlled output is the harder engineering problem it claims. Consistency is what breaks first when generation runs at volume, and enterprise buyers care far more about every output staying on-brand than about any single impressive clip.
Being API-first means this is something a team integrates, not something a marketer opens and uses. Organisations without engineering capacity to build against it will get little from it, and personalised video needs care about the data feeding it.
