Endimension applies computer vision to radiology, supporting radiologists in detection and reporting rather than replacing their reading. Radiology is the clearest application of medical AI because the input is an image, the findings are visually detectable, and the volume of scans has grown faster than the number of radiologists to read them.
The reporting support is the practical half. Detection assistance gets the attention, but a large share of a radiologist's time goes on producing the report, and generative assistance there returns time directly without touching the diagnostic judgement.
It emphasises integration, which matters more than model accuracy for whether a tool actually gets used: a system that does not fit the existing PACS and reporting workflow will be abandoned regardless of performance. This is clinical software requiring validation and regulatory review in each market, so evaluation belongs with clinical and informatics teams.
