AntWorks builds an intelligent document processing (IDP) platform that captures, classifies, and extracts data from business documents — emails, contracts, reports, tables, images, and handwriting — without pre-built templates. Asheesh Mehra and Govind Singh Sandhu founded the company in 2015, and in February 2026 AntWorks was acquired by GTT Data Solutions, continuing to operate under its own brand as a GTT Data company.
The platform's Cognitive Machine Reading engine reads unstructured and semi-structured documents at enterprise scale, and its low-code workflow builder lets business users configure processing rules without engineering support. AntWorks also runs Insurants, an insurance-specific version of its document processing technology for claims and underwriting workflows.
AntWorks is built for large enterprises in finance, insurance, healthcare, and business process outsourcing that need to process high volumes of documents. Pricing is not public; the company sells tiered, volume-based enterprise plans through direct sales.
