Caspa AI is an e-commerce product-photography platform founded in 2023 by Elaf Deyab, Adam Gronowski, and Ahmed Deyab, based in London and backed by Techstars. The company built the tool to cut down on the studio shoots, models, and photographers that the founders say can consume up to 20% of an e-commerce brand's revenue.
Instead of a traditional photo shoot, brands upload product SKUs and Caspa places them into AI-generated scenes complete with human or animal models, letting teams swap model ethnicity or setting for A/B testing without rebooking a shoot. The platform also handles supporting production work, background removal, upscaling to 4K, and infographic layout, inside the same editor.
Caspa suits e-commerce brands and marketing teams, especially on Shopify, that need product photography at a volume regular photo shoots cannot match. Paid plans start at $39/month for the Pro tier with 500 generations, rising to $59/month for Premium and $119/month for Business; a $1 trial is available but there is no ongoing free plan.
