The cameras process video on-site rather than streaming it to the cloud, converting footage into structured production data, cycle times, machine utilization, output rates, and stoppages, without requiring integration with a factory's existing IT systems. Worker privacy is built into the design: most footage never leaves the factory, with only short, anonymized snippets retained for root-cause analysis, and customers including Bosch, ABB, Siemens Energy, and Viessmann have reported double-digit productivity and output gains.
Almetra is built for manufacturing operations teams at mid-size and large factories looking to identify shop-floor inefficiencies without a lengthy IT integration project. The company closed a €16.3 million Series A in June 2026 led by blisce, bringing total funding to roughly €20.8 million, and does not publish self-serve pricing; deployments are quoted directly based on factory size and camera coverage.
