Mavarick builds an AI intelligence layer that sits above a manufacturer's existing systems, ingesting live production data, fleet telemetry, and supplier information to support real-time decisions on output, availability, and cost. Paul Byrnes and Koen Jasper founded the company in Limerick, Ireland in 2023, positioning it around the promise of giving 'every factory an AI analyst.'
Rather than replacing existing plant systems, Mavarick connects to them and layers analysis on top, covering carbon emissions reporting, machine monitoring, energy management, and supply chain optimization from one dashboard. The company raised EUR1.3 million in pre-seed funding led by Act Venture Capital in May 2024 to build out this sustainability and efficiency layer for mid-market manufacturers.
Mavarick targets manufacturing operations teams and sustainability officers who need visibility across machines and suppliers without ripping out existing plant software. Pricing is customized to each deployment's scale and isn't published, so prospective customers need a sales conversation to get a quote.
