HireAra takes the CV a candidate submitted and turns it into the document an agency sends to its client: consistently formatted, carrying the agency’s branding rather than whatever template the candidate used.
This is a task agencies really do, by hand, thousands of times a year. A consultant retyping a CV into a house template is several hours a week of work that produces no judgement and no relationship, and it varies in quality with whoever happened to do it.
It integrates with existing recruitment systems and offers a trial. It is of no use outside agency recruitment, output quality still depends on how cleanly the original CV was structured, and pricing tiers are not detailed on the homepage.
