It is in beta and free and unlimited for now, with no pricing announced, which means the eventual cost is unknown. Passive monitoring of every channel is a significant privacy posture that needs organisational agreement first, and inferring a commitment from conversation is exactly the sort of judgement these systems still get wrong.
