Predictable Dialogs is a no-code chatbot platform for websites and WhatsApp. Assistants train on your own documents, FAQs, course content or product catalogue, deploy as a standard widget, bubble or popup with custom CSS and JavaScript, and support function calling, retrieval-augmented generation and data capture from conversations. Response times are quoted around 50 milliseconds.
The pricing is the reason this rates well, and it is genuinely unusual. Tiers are quoted in tokens rather than in vague ‘messages’ – Personal free with 250,000 tokens and 2,000 sessions a month, Starter $9 for 1.25M, Pro $19 for 5M, Pro Plus $29 for 10M with unlimited sessions. More striking, you can bring your own OpenAI key and pay the model provider directly, and the site tells you that most businesses spend $5 to $30 a month doing so. A vendor publishing the number that lets you route around its own margin is telling the truth about its costs, which is rare enough to be the headline.
The trade-offs are ordinary. Token accounting is honest but harder to forecast than a seat price if you have never measured your own usage, and the free tier’s session cap will bind before its token allowance on a busy site. WhatsApp Business integration is a real advantage for consumer businesses. The company is independent, with an enterprise contact address and no corporate entity named beyond that.
