Talently.ai conducts candidate interviews itself rather than assisting a human interviewer – a live conversational AI that runs the interview and evaluates the responses.
The operational case is scheduling and consistency. Early-stage screening consumes enormous interviewer time and is applied unevenly, because the tenth interview of a week is not conducted the same way as the first. An automated interviewer runs at any hour, in multiple languages, and asks every candidate the same questions – which for high-volume screening is a real efficiency gain and, in principle, a consistency gain too.
Evaluate the compliance position before the capability. Automated assessment of job candidates is directly regulated in a growing number of jurisdictions – New York City requires bias audits of automated employment decision tools, and the EU AI Act classes employment decision-making as high risk. Those obligations, including audit, notification and candidate disclosure, sit with the employer rather than the vendor. Candidates should also be told they are being interviewed by AI.
