LetsAsk.AI is a chatbot builder that turns a website or a set of documents into a ChatGPT-style assistant. Users upload documents or point it at a website, set instructions for the bot’s personality, and embed the chatbot on their own site or connect it to Discord, Slack and Zapier. The site says it is powered by OpenAI’s ChatGPT, supports 95 languages, lets chatbots be shared publicly and, on higher plans, shows analytics and insights.
It is an older product. The site footer reads 2023, the operating company is not named beyond LetsAskAI, and the chatbot-builder category is crowded, so compare it with current alternatives before committing. The site states AES-256 encryption, GDPR compliance and isolated data storage, all vendor claims. Answers are drawn from the uploaded material but can still be wrong, so test the bot on questions whose answers you know, and be careful with personal data placed in training documents.
Pricing is monthly with a 7-day free trial on every plan, and an annual option gives two months free. Basic is $19 for 1,000 messages a month, 10 chatbots and 2,000,000 characters per chatbot. Pro is $99 for 10,000 messages, 20 chatbots, 4,000,000 characters per chatbot, analytics and removal of LetsAsk branding. Business is $499, is described both as unlimited messages and as 50,000 messages a month included, so confirm the limit, and adds the option to use your own OpenAI key.
