FormX.ai is a document data-extraction platform, powered by SkyMakers Digital Group. A team creates an extractor, either from a pre-built one for invoices, receipts, bank statements or ID cards or one designed for its own documents, uploads sample files, defines the fields to capture and connects the API to receive structured JSON for a CRM, ERP or workflow tool. The site lists further document types, including contracts, applications, shipping orders, certificates and licenses, and adds an image-quality check, a document workspace and a mobile SDK. Paid plans add Smart Learning samples that teach the model which value to pick, such as which invoice number matters for a given merchant, plus Split & Classify for mixed files, AI Code Mapping, fraud and AI-image detection and advanced table extraction. The homepage shows a strip of customer logos, including MTR, Wilson Group and Ayala Malls, which are vendor-shown.
The homepage says the platform can switch between vision and LLM models, applies guardrails against hallucinations, fine-tunes models on production feedback and mixes models by document type, all without figures. The FAQ is more specific and candid on accuracy: most past clients reached at least 70% accuracy by field, fields such as date, time and amount passed 90% on good-quality receipt images, and the company will run about 100 sample receipts and share an accuracy report. Receipt processing usually takes 4 to 8 seconds, with no SLA outside the Enterprise plan, and extracted financial or ID data should be checked before it feeds payments or identity decisions. On data, the FAQ says images sent through the API or web-portal tests are held in memory and disposed of after extraction, that only master documents uploaded to the portal and training documents are stored, that documents are not used to improve its models unless the customer asks, and that API calls use HTTPS. It hosts on GCP and Azure with a choice of the United States, Taiwan or Singapore for processing, and says it is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II compliant.
Pay-as-you-go has no minimum: the first 100 pages are free, every web-portal or API extraction counts as one, and pages after that cost $0.30 each, without the advanced features. Starter is $299 a month per extractor and covers 3,000 pages a month, with $0.10 a page beyond that, 20 Smart Learning samples, Split & Classify, AI Code Mapping, fraud and AI-image detection, advanced table extraction and community-forum support. Enterprise is priced by quote, with a custom SLA, a dedicated account manager, onboarding support and private-cloud deployment. Because pay-as-you-go has no monthly fee, the starting price here is left blank.
