Fyran lets a user make a custom chatbot from their own material. Documents in TXT, PDF and DOCX format and MP3 audio can be uploaded as the knowledge source, and MP4 support is listed as coming soon. The chatbot can then be added to a website through a script, an HTML snippet or an API. The site presents a working demo bot that visitors can try before signing up.
Its distinguishing feature is the digital human. Replies can be spoken by an avatar that talks in natural language, and the avatar output can be downloaded for use in videos or presentations. A Boost option applies what the site calls an advanced AI algorithm to improve answer accuracy at a higher credit cost, and the chatbot can reply in other languages on request. The site does not name the company behind Fyran, an address or a copyright year.
Plans are priced by chatbots, messages and characters. A Trial plan is $0 a month with 2 chatbots, 50 messages and 400,000 characters per chatbot. Paid plans run from Spark at $8 a month with 12 chatbots and 1,200 messages up to Radiant at $350 a month. The site shows a dollar sign and does not name the currency, and its FAQ guidance on credits does not fully match the plan limits shown.
