Eleos Health is a behavioral health AI platform founded in 2019 in Boston by Alon Joffe, Dror Zaide, and Alon Rabinovich, originally built around AI voice analysis of therapy sessions and now expanded into what the company calls a system of action for community-based care and home health organizations.
The platform works EHR-agnostic through a browser extension rather than requiring a direct API integration with each electronic health record system, and it acts proactively, flagging compliance and billing issues before a claim is submitted, rather than only reviewing documentation after the fact. Eleos holds HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 27799, and ISO 42001 certifications, a compliance stack aimed at Medicaid-focused care organizations.
Eleos Health is built for community behavioral health and home health organizations rather than solo therapists in private practice. It sells through a demo-led enterprise sales process with no published pricing, and the company has raised more than $120M, including a $60M Series C round in January 2025.
