GovDash is an AI platform built for government contractors, covering the full business-development lifecycle from opportunity capture through proposal writing and post-award contract management. Sean Doherty, Timothy Goltser, and Curtis Mason founded the company in 2021 in New York City, and it went through Y Combinator's Winter 2022 batch.
The platform identifies relevant contract opportunities, guides teams through capture planning, automatically builds compliance matrices from solicitation documents, annotates outlines, and helps draft proposal content, replacing a process that GovCon teams traditionally run across spreadsheets, Word documents, and email threads. GovDash has also completed a FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency audit, a compliance bar that increasingly determines which vendors can sell into federal-adjacent contracts.
The tool suits government contractors of any size managing capture-to-close workflows, from small businesses chasing their first federal contract to established GovCon firms managing dozens of concurrent proposals. GovDash has raised $42 million in total funding, including a $30 million Series B, and pricing is not published, requiring direct contact with the sales team.
