Hybridity builds Hy5, an AI-native compliance platform that automates regulatory review for European businesses navigating overlapping frameworks like DORA, NIS2, GDPR, CSRD, and SFDR. Joakim Edvardsson Reimar and Sebastian Ramseid Foss founded the Stockholm-based company in 2023, later bringing on former Truecaller chairman Stefan Lennhammer to its board.
Hy5 combines AI with legal engineering to automatically review contracts and policies against a chosen regulation, flag gaps and inconsistencies, and generate action lists for remediation, aiming to compress compliance work the company describes as taking hours rather than the years a manual legal review can take. Hybridity raised roughly €2 million, or 23 million SEK, to commercialize the platform.
It targets compliance, legal, and risk teams at European companies subject to multiple regulatory regimes at once. The company does not publish pricing; prospective customers get a free trial period before moving to a custom quote from the sales team.
