Macky is an AI business consulting platform built to turn plain-language questions into structured, actionable answers without requiring prompt-writing skill. Kinetic Consulting Services, the Dubai-based firm led by founder and CEO Joe Tawfik, launched Macky on November 16, 2023.
Users answer up to three questions to generate outputs such as job descriptions or process redesign guidance, drawing on OpenAI's underlying technology across more than 55 business categories spanning HR, operations, strategy and research, customer experience, sales and marketing, and general productivity. For requests beyond what the AI can resolve, Macky includes an escalation path to Kinetic's own human consultants.
Macky suits organizations of any size that want a first-pass consulting answer without commissioning a full consulting engagement, and it has found particular traction among mid-sized businesses in the GCC region. The free tier is capped at 10 queries per month for a single user; higher-volume and multi-user access, including an enterprise tier with 10,000 queries per month, requires contacting Kinetic Consulting, since self-serve pricing beyond the free tier is not clearly published on the marketing site.
