aiCarousels generates carousel-style posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok using AI for both copy and design. Fernando Pessagno, a product designer based in Malmö, Sweden, built the first version during a 10-day #buildinpublic challenge in 2023 and launched the branded aicarousels.com product the following year, growing it into a tool used by more than 80,000 people monthly.
Users describe a topic or paste a YouTube link, and the AI drafts slide-by-slide copy alongside a matching design pulled from built-in templates and an AI image generator, cutting out the manual layout work carousels normally require in a design tool. A YouTube-to-Carousel feature turns video content into a shareable slide deck without rewriting it from scratch.
The tool suits solo creators, coaches, and marketers posting carousel content on a recurring basis who don't want to design each slide by hand. The Free plan allows three carousels a month at up to 10 slides; the Pro plan lifts that to unlimited carousels and 20 slides for $14.95 a month, or $9.95 a month billed annually ($120/year).
