Interloom Technologies is a Munich-based enterprise automation startup that builds what it calls a context graph: a continuously updated map of how a specific company actually resolves support tickets, service requests, and operational cases. Fabian Maximilian Jakobi and Jaime Madrid co-founded the company in 2023, drawing on Jakobi's earlier exit selling document-automation startup Boxplot to Hyperscience. Interloom raised a $16.5 million seed round led by DN Capital in early 2026, following an initial $3 million seed in 2024.
The platform ingests operational records such as support emails, call transcripts, and past service tickets, then builds a knowledge graph that captures the tacit, undocumented judgment calls staff make when resolving problems. Interloom's pitch is that roughly 70% of operational decisions inside a given enterprise are never formally written down, so AI agents deployed without that context tend to guess. Customers including Zurich Insurance and Volkswagen use the platform to feed that captured knowledge to agents automating routine case resolution while keeping higher-judgment decisions with humans.
Interloom targets large enterprises with high-volume operational workflows, particularly insurance, manufacturing, and other case-heavy back-office functions, rather than small teams or individual users. Pricing is quote-based: the company charges per agent interaction rather than per seat, with prepaid volume discounts and rollover of unused interactions, and prospective customers need to talk to sales for a custom quote.
