PR.co is public relations software for communications teams. It covers the whole cycle in one system: a CMS for writing press releases, a hosted online newsroom with SEO built in, a media contact database and PR CRM, email outreach and distribution, editorial workflow for teams, analytics on what landed, and an AI agent assisting through it. AI media monitoring is available as an add-on.
Consolidation is the argument, and in this category it is a strong one. PR teams typically run a newsroom on one platform, contacts in a spreadsheet, outreach through a mail tool never designed for it, and coverage tracking in a second spreadsheet – which is why nobody can answer which journalists actually opened anything. Holding contacts, sends and results in one system is what makes reporting possible at all. The ratings are unusually solid too: 4.7 on G2 and 4.6 on Capterra, both verified-reviewer platforms, alongside a self-reported CSAT figure that carries less weight.
Pricing is quote-only, scaled by team size, number of markets and service level. That is honest about how the product is actually sold and it is also friction: you cannot compare it against an alternative without booking a call, and ‘depends on markets’ tends to mean international teams pay considerably more. Note too that the hosted newsroom is the sticky part – your press releases and their accumulated SEO value live on their platform, so ask about export before you build years of coverage there.
