Typeform built its reputation on conversational forms – one question at a time rather than a wall of fields – and has extended that into an AI-centred platform.
Three additions stand out. Typeform AI assists with building and analysing. Research Flow runs AI-moderated research studies, which is the genuinely interesting one: moderated research produces far richer answers than a survey, and the constraint has always been that it needs a human moderator per session. And Typeform MCP exposes the platform to your own AI tools through Model Context Protocol – an agent can create forms and read responses directly, which is a meaningful commitment to interoperability rather than a closed assistant.
The wider toolset covers surveys, quizzes, tests, polls, application forms, NPS and registration, plus interactive video forms, analytics, Growth Flow automation for go-to-market teams, and broad integrations. Typeform’s design-led forms have always converted well; the trade is that it costs more than utilitarian form builders.
