Perfect Wiki puts SOPs, manuals, FAQs and guides into a wiki that installs as a Microsoft Teams channel tab, then answers questions from it. The important constraint is that answers come from internal documents only, with citations, so the model cannot fill a gap with something plausible it read elsewhere.
Living inside Teams is the point rather than a feature. Knowledge bases fail because nobody opens them, and a tool sitting in the channel where the question was already being asked gets used. One-click save turns a good chat answer into a wiki page, and weekly knowledge-gap reports show which questions the wiki could not answer, which is the closest thing to a maintenance plan a knowledge base ever gets.
It runs on Azure OpenAI with content excluded from training, offers EU or US data residency, and inherits Teams channel permissions through Microsoft SSO. Pricing is $12 per editor per month billed annually with a five-editor minimum, so the real floor is $60 a month, and the whole product is useless to anyone not on Teams.
