TalkStack builds agents that handle support and sales across calls, text, WhatsApp and digital messaging, in more than twenty languages, with workflows configured without code. Calls are recorded, chats transcribed, and escalation to a human runs either asynchronously or as a live transfer.
Offering both escalation modes is a more thoughtful design than it first appears. Live transfer is right when a customer is angry now; an asynchronous handoff is right when the answer needs a colleague to look something up, and forcing every escalation down one path is how support tools annoy both groups.
The company operates from Singapore and San Francisco, claiming up to 90 percent of tier 1 and 2 cases handled and up to 98 percent automation in live use. There is a free trial and an application for up to $5,000 of credits, but no published pricing. Those automation figures are the vendor’s own, twenty languages vary in quality, and 90 percent of tier 1 and 2 is not 90 percent of support.
