Unify puts agents into the tools work already happens in, Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets and Linear, with more than a hundred prebuilt workflow templates covering daily briefings, sales qualification, invoice reconciliation and meeting recaps. Agents monitor proactively and act, with humans kept in the loop for judgement calls.
Prebuilt templates matter more than they sound for this category. The usual failure of agent platforms is a blank canvas nobody knows how to fill, so the tool is adopted, admired and abandoned; a hundred working starting points means the first session produces something. Private sandbox execution per task is the right security posture for agents touching a real inbox.
Unify AI in London raised $8m and runs a free open beta, with pricing not published. Open beta means the product is still moving, agents monitoring an inbox and acting proactively need boundaries agreed before deployment, and multi-model access across OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and Mistral is a cost variable rather than a fixed one.
