The practice half is genuinely valuable, and worth separating out. Interview skill is rehearsable, most candidates get almost no chance to rehearse against realistic questions, and structured feedback on speech clarity and engagement is the kind of coaching that is otherwise expensive or unavailable.
The live half is sold on being undetectable, and that word is the review. It is not a study aid used in advance; it is answers delivered mid-interview while the employer believes they are assessing you. Set aside how you feel about that and the practical exposure remains: employers have responded with in-person final rounds, screen-sharing requirements and proctored assessments, being caught ends the application and can end an offer already made, and an interview passed on borrowed answers is followed by a job that expects those answers unaided.
