Replify – formerly HeyLibby – answers the phone for fitness, wellness and recreation businesses. It handles inbound and outbound across calls, SMS, email and live chat: qualifying leads, booking appointments, running outbound sales, and chasing billing and collections, with its own VoIP layer and multi-location management. It is based in Seattle, and names Gold’s Gym, UFC Gym, SWEAT440, F45 Training and Club 24 among its customers.
The vertical focus is the argument. A general AI receptionist has to be configured into whatever business it serves; one built for gyms already knows what a class pack is, what a freeze request means, why someone is calling in the first week of January, and what the objection sounds like when they want to cancel. Named customers at that scale are also a stronger signal than any capability list, because a chain the size of Gold’s Gym does not put an unreliable system in front of inbound calls.
Billing and collections is the piece to scope carefully. Automated outbound calling about money owed sits inside real regulation – the TCPA governs automated calls in the US and the FDCPA governs debt collection practice – and while a business collecting its own debts sits differently from an agency, an AI making those calls at volume is a compliance question for you rather than for the vendor. The rebrand is also worth noting practically: reviews, help articles and integration docs written before it will all say HeyLibby. No rates are published, though the site states no setup fees and cancellation at any time.
