Emplifi is a social media management and marketing platform for enterprise brands, combining publishing and scheduling, social listening (including TikTok and Reddit), community engagement, user-generated content curation, ratings and reviews syndication, live video shopping, influencer management and a unified customer-care inbox for messages, comments and reviews. It positions the combination as Autonomous Customer Experience, and integrates with Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and Shopify.
The AI is named and functionally described rather than left as branding: it drafts, schedules and optimises posts, matches customer photos to specific product SKUs through visual search, tracks sentiment and suggests replies, and runs autonomous agents on routine work under an agentic layer the site calls Fuel. That places AI in the two highest-volume jobs in social operations, content production and inbound message handling. The reviews-syndication network of more than 600 retailers is a separate commerce feature rather than AI.
Emplifi says 20,000 brands use it and lists names such as IKEA, Audi, Delta and PUMA, and the homepage carries a 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader banner and a 4.7 average from 998 G2 reviews; all of these are the vendor’s own presentation of third-party results. Pricing is quote-based and, per the site, flexes with audience size, interaction volume and content scale rather than seat count, so a large social footprint raises the price. A demo is the only way in.
