Mailshake is sales engagement software for teams that run cold outreach. It sends automated email sequences with follow-ups from Google Workspace, Outlook or any SMTP mailbox, and its higher plan adds a phone dialer and social automation so one sequence can mix channels. The site says sales teams at more than 100,000 companies use it.
SHAKEspeare is its AI email writer. It auto-generates several versions of email copy from details about the sender’s business, which the site says takes under a minute, and it works with Spintax and A/B variations to vary subject lines and segments. Around it sit deliverability tools: a domain setup assistant, free email warm-up, list cleaning and a copy analyzer that flags spam words. Data Finder searches for prospect emails by role, location or company, and Lead Catcher collects replies in one place. Integrations include Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot and Zapier.
On the US pricing page Starter is $29 a month or $25 on yearly billing, with one email address and 1,500 sends a month. Email Outreach is $49 or $45 with unlimited sends, and Sales Engagement is $99 or $85 with the dialer and ten addresses. Data Finder and ready-made mailboxes are paid add-ons. No free plan or trial is named.
