Sahha is infrastructure for apps that need health data. A team adds the mobile SDK or calls the API, and Sahha collects data from phones and more than 800 wearable devices and returns it as standardized outputs: activity, sleep, readiness, wellbeing and mental wellbeing scores, biomarkers, tags, archetypes and insights. It works for a user with no wearable at all. The scores are described as explainable and grounded in peer-reviewed research. Builders of fitness and coaching, nutrition, workplace wellness, telehealth and clinical products are its audience.
The AI claims on the site are narrow. Archetypes are learned segments such as night owl or short sleeper, which the site describes as segmentation that learns and not static cohorts. The AI Agents section is about grounding an agent in real health data instead of chat alone, with live context over MCP and cited, explainable outputs. The site uses the word AI only in that section, so the other features are better read as data science and scoring.
