Creatopy is now The Brief. The company kept the product and changed the name, and creatopy.com redirects to thebrief.ai. What it does has widened considerably: ad generation, adaptation, deployment and optimisation in one platform, publishing directly to more than 40 ad networks.
Four systems carry the work. Discover Agent studies competitor ads and builds inspiration boards, Create Agent generates brand-aligned ads from a prompt across formats, Launch handles export and publishing with live control, and Optimize reads campaign performance and recommends changes. Around them sit Ad Studio for detailed editing with PSD and Figma import, Canvas for ideation, AI Resize, Magic Animator for timeline animation, video ads and product photography.
The 2008 heritage still matters more than the AI layer does. Creatopy’s original product was dynamic banner design – one layout that reflows correctly across dozens of standard display dimensions instead of a designer rebuilding it per size – and that template system is what the generative features are built on. It is the reason an ad generated here stays coherent from a mobile banner to a desktop leaderboard, which is precisely where a general-purpose image generator falls apart.
Create is $29 a month or $348 a year, Team is $49 per seat monthly or $588 annually for two to ten people, Ultra is $79 or $948 and adds ad serving across 25-plus networks, AI translation and automated A/B testing, and Enterprise is custom with feed-driven mass production, API access, DAM integrations and SSO. Exports are unmetered on every tier. A competitor-inspiration agent produces work that resembles the category it studied, brand kits are capped by tier at 5 and 20, and the rename means three years of documentation, tutorials and support threads still say Creatopy.
