Birch, written Bïrch on its own site, is the ad automation platform formerly known as Revealbot, renamed in October 2024 by the same team; the company says Revealbot was founded in New York in 2016, and revealbot.com now redirects to bir.ch. It automates the repetitive work behind paid social and search across Meta, Instagram, Google Ads, Snapchat and TikTok: rules that compare metrics against baselines such as week-over-week and trigger more than 20 kinds of action every 15 minutes across multiple accounts, an Explorer that tracks creative performance and flags fatigue, reporting and post boosting.
The AI additions are specific. Birch AI turns a plain-language request into a working automation rule after checking the business context and the relevant metrics, and Smart Rules and AI-powered Highlights surface what changed. An MCP server lets Claude and other agents work with an ad account without opening the dashboard. Rules-based automation remains the durable core: predictable, auditable and straightforward to reason about, with AI helping to write and review rules rather than replacing them. The site cites $2 billion in annual ad spend managed, 240 million automated actions a year and 15,000 connected ad accounts; those are vendor figures.
Pricing scales with monthly ad spend across connected accounts. The lowest tier lists Essential at $49 a month and Pro at $99, which is where automated rules and strategies, Explorer, the campaign launcher and custom audiences sit, with Enterprise by quote and 20% off annual billing. The pricing page rendered inconsistently, so confirm the tier for your spend. A 14-day trial needs no card, and rules and reports switch off if you do not upgrade. Server-side tracking is a separate Signals Gateway product with event-based pricing that is free up to 10,000 events a month.
