The product itself is built for marketing departments and agencies rather than solo writers: Brand Voice profiles keep tone consistent across a team, Campaigns coordinate multiple assets (ads, landing pages, emails) from a single brief, and a knowledge base grounds generation in a company's actual product and messaging rather than generic phrasing. That workflow layer, not raw text quality, is what Jasper leans on to justify its position against cheaper competitors.
There's no free tier, only a free trial: Pro costs $69 a month per seat, or $59 billed yearly, and Business is priced on request, pricing that assumes a team budget rather than an individual's. For a marketing department producing content across many channels and people who need to stay on-brand, that operational layer is the actual product being sold, output quality alone doesn't explain the price gap versus Copy.ai or Writesonic.
