Alphastream reads the documents behind a private credit deal and pulls the terms out as structured data. Instead of an analyst rekeying covenants and pricing into a spreadsheet, the terms arrive in a form that diligence and portfolio monitoring can query directly.
The comparison work is where it earns its place. It checks a draft against past deals, surfaces where the language has moved, and flags covenant loopholes that would otherwise depend on somebody remembering how the last deal was worded.
It targets private credit firms specifically rather than selling generic document extraction, which means the term vocabulary is already in place. Pricing is not published and evaluation starts with a demo.
