Aquant builds an agentic AI platform for organizations that build, sell, and service complex equipment, turning service manuals, case notes, and technician know-how into AI agents that guide repairs. Shahar Chen and Assaf Melochna founded the company in August 2016.
The platform ingests a company's existing service content — manuals, parts and warranty data, historical case notes — and the tribal knowledge in senior technicians' heads, then serves step-by-step recommendations to field technicians, contact center agents, and customer self-service channels through voice AI or chat, including offline access for sites without reliable connectivity. Aquant is listed on the Microsoft Marketplace and is used across industrial equipment, medical devices, and manufacturing.
Aquant fits manufacturers and service organizations supporting complex physical equipment rather than general customer support teams. The company has raised over $113 million; pricing is fully custom and requires a direct quote.
