Briq is a construction-technology company founded in 2018 by a former Procore executive and a Wall Street veteran, and reached a $150 million valuation after an $8 million extension round reported in January 2024. The company says it began applying AI to construction financial workflows before the term was in common use.
The platform runs on a library of more than 200 trained bots split across two products: Briq AutoPilot, which automates routine financial data entry and administration, and Briq CoPilot, which handles job-cost forecasting, revenue recognition, and revenue forecasting while flagging risks like cost overruns or missed change orders before they compound. The bots are trained specifically on construction-industry financial workflows rather than generic accounting tasks.
Briq is built for construction contractors and project finance teams managing forecasting and risk across active job sites, not general small-business accounting. Pricing is not public; Briq sells custom plans scoped to each contractor's needs, so buyers need to book a demo to get a quote.
