Epic Avatar is an AI avatar generator from PrimeHammer s.r.o. of Brno, Czech Republic. A user uploads 15 to 20 photos of one person, the service trains a model on them, and delivers roughly 200 generated avatars by email download link in a range of artistic styles. The site pitches results as a gift or a novelty as well as a personal profile picture, and includes a money-back guarantee if the buyer is not happy with the results.
The FAQ addresses using someone else’s photos directly: it says that is allowed but that the uploader must make sure the subject gave permission. That is a real safeguard worth having, though it sits oddly next to the homepage’s own suggestion that a set of avatars can be used as a prank, which undercuts the seriousness of the consent requirement; treat that framing as a reason to be more careful, not less, about whose photos are uploaded. As with any face-trained generator, the output can drift from a person’s real appearance, so avatars should not be mistaken for real photos or used to impersonate someone.
The current price is $19, discounted from a listed $39.99, for one set of about 200 avatars generated from the uploaded photos, with a money-back guarantee if the results are unsatisfactory.
