Happycapy is a browser-based 'agent-native computer' that gives AI agents a virtual desktop environment to complete multi-step tasks. It was built by the team behind Trickle, an existing AI coding platform, led by founder Ming Xu, and launched publicly on Product Hunt in February 2026 after quietly raising more than $10 million in prior funding.
Instead of a chat window, Happycapy runs a cloud sandbox where an AI agent can browse the web, write and execute code, manipulate files, and chain together multi-step workflows, with Claude Code as its central coding engine alongside access to more than 150 other AI models through a skills system. Users can create and share custom skills, including open-source ones, to extend what the agent can do.
It targets developers and technical teams who want an AI agent that can operate a computer rather than answer questions in a chat interface alone. Happycapy has a free plan with limited Claude Code and model access, a Pro plan at $20 per month with 2,000 monthly Claude Code credits, and a Max plan at $200 per month with unlimited access and expanded sandbox resources.
