Healthee helps employees understand health benefits they otherwise cannot parse: which plan suits them, what a given treatment will cost, and whether a provider is covered. Its assistant answers those questions directly rather than pointing someone at a plan document.
The problem is real and expensive on both sides. Employees make poor plan choices because comparing them properly is genuinely difficult, and human resources teams spend a large share of open enrolment answering the same questions individually.
It sells to employers rather than individuals, so pricing is not published. Coverage depends on integration with the specific plans an employer offers, and answers about benefits still need to be right, since a confident wrong answer about coverage has a direct financial cost to the employee.
