Humains, built by Inpris, runs AI agents that make calls rather than answer them. Outbound is the harder direction: an inbound agent responds to someone who chose to make contact, while an outbound one has to hold a conversation with a person who did not.
The stated use cases are lead qualification and debt collection, both high-volume calling work that companies already outsource to call centres, and the company reports enterprise production deployments with setup measured in days.
Pricing is not published. Two cautions belong on this: automated collection calling is heavily regulated and the rules differ sharply by jurisdiction, and recipients frequently react badly to a synthetic voice on an unsolicited call, which is a brand cost that does not show up in a conversion figure.
