IdeaBuddy is an all-in-one business planning platform that walks founders through validating an idea, building a business model, and producing financial projections. Nemanja Zunic and Iva Zunic founded the company in 2019, and IdeaBuddy launched commercially in April 2020.
The platform structures planning into stages: an Idea Plan canvas for capturing a one-page concept, a Business Guide with stage-by-stage prompts, and a Financial Plan module that calculates profit, cash flow, and break-even projections from the inputs a founder enters. An AI Buddy feature drafts sections of the plan and financial assumptions from a founder's answers rather than leaving every projection to manual spreadsheet work.
IdeaBuddy suits early-stage founders and small business owners who need a structured planning document, whether for internal clarity or to show investors and lenders, more than teams needing enterprise financial modeling.
