Jefit is a strength training app for planning workouts and logging sets, reps and weights. It has a library of more than 1,400 exercises with guided instructions, ready-made and custom routines, progress charts and a member community. The company reports more than 20 million downloads, and the app runs on iPhone, Android, smartwatches and the web.
Its AI feature is the Adaptive Plan, labeled AI powered on the site. After a setup of about two minutes it builds a training plan, then adjusts it as the user trains. Each week it reads signals of strength and fatigue from logged workouts and decides whether to advance the load, hold it or schedule a lighter deload week. Jefit describes this as mesocycle training, where blocks of weeks progress in phases. The site does not explain the model behind it.
The Basic plan is free and covers routines, the exercise library, logging and the community. On the US pricing page Elite is $12.99 a month, adding professionally designed plans, advanced analytics, watch app support, exercise videos and no ads. Elite Annual is $69.99 a year, with the first year shown at $52.49.
