Klariqo turns call recordings into tamper-evident records. It plugs into an existing dialer, primarily VICIdial, captures each call, scores it against custom compliance rules, and seals it into a Klariqo Call Record with SHA-512 hashing and an independent RFC 3161 trusted timestamp from DigiCert. Anyone can verify a record in a browser without logging in. PII redaction, AI voice agents and native Salesforce, HubSpot and GoHighLevel integration sit alongside.
Independent timestamping is the detail that makes this worth more than a recording system. A vendor’s own database saying a call happened on the fourth is a claim by an interested party; a third-party cryptographic timestamp is evidence that stands up when the recording is the thing in dispute. That distinction is the whole product for the industries it targets – Medicare and ACA, SSDI, debt relief, tax relief and personal injury firms, all of which face regulators who assume records can be edited.
Pricing is unusually complete: sealing is free for the first 10,000 calls a month then $0.01 a minute, scoring is $0.02 a minute or $0.03 with PII redaction, and AI voice agents are $0.15 a minute all-inclusive, prepaid, with no seats, contracts or minimums. Per-minute billing means a high-volume floor costs real money, scoring against custom rules is only as good as the rules somebody wrote, and sealing proves a recording is unaltered rather than proving the call was compliant.
