LLMStack is an open-source platform for assembling AI agents, chatbots and workflows without writing code, connected to your own data and to several model providers rather than one.
Being open source is the substantive difference here. A no-code builder normally means handing both your workflows and your data to a platform you cannot inspect or leave; self-hosting removes that, which matters most for exactly the internal data these tools are pointed at.
There is no pricing page, and the pricing URL returns a 404, because the project is free and open on GitHub. The cost is operational: self-hosting means you run it, and the ecosystem around it is smaller than the commercial alternatives.
