Louisa AI began as an internal tool inside Goldman Sachs before spinning out as an independent company in 2023, founded by Rohan Doctor, a 17-year Goldman Sachs managing director who built the original concept after closing a major deal through a chance encounter.
The platform plugs into a firm's CRM, Outlook, and Gmail to map who knows who and who knows what across the organization, then cross-references that internal graph against a feed of millions of news articles and trade reports to flag which employee has the right relationship to pursue a specific deal or prospect, delivered as automated 'deal prompts' straight to inboxes rather than a dashboard someone has to remember to check.
Louisa AI is built for investment banks, private equity firms, and consultancies running deal origination and cross-sell programs. Pricing scales with headcount and network size, starting near $10,000 a year for smaller firms and averaging roughly $300,000 a year for larger deployments; it's available directly or through AWS Marketplace.
