MeetingBaaS is a developer API for programmatic access to meeting data: a single request with a meeting link sends a bot into a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams call, and a webhook returns the recording, transcript and speaker timeline once the call ends. It is built for teams building AI notetakers, sales intelligence tools, compliance recording, customer success platforms, recruiting tools, clinical documentation and similar products on top of meeting data, with SDKs for Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP, Go, Rust, Java and .NET, plus MCP servers, and the company states more than 50 companies are already building on it. The platform is operated by SAS SPOKE out of Paris, the same company behind the earlier consumer-facing Spoke meeting-summary app, whose domain now redirects here.
Meeting recordings and transcripts are sensitive data, so a team embedding MeetingBaaS into its own product needs its own consent and disclosure process for meeting participants, on top of what MeetingBaaS itself covers. The platform supports sending data to a customer’s own S3-compatible storage and fully self-hosting the v2 API for teams that cannot let meeting data leave their own infrastructure, which is a meaningful option for compliance-sensitive use cases, though it does add deployment work compared with the hosted default.
Pay As You Go is free to start, with 8 free hours of recording, 75 bots per day, 2 calendar integrations and 3-day data retention. Scale is $199 a month for 1,000 bots per day, 100 calendar integrations, 14-day retention and a 5 percent token-pack discount. Usage beyond the free hours is billed in prepaid tokens that never expire, starting at $0.50 per token and dropping to $0.35 per token on the largest pack, with a token covering one hour of raw recording and small add-ons for transcription and streaming.
