MidPrompts is prompt management: storing, organising and reusing prompts as a proper library rather than as fragments scattered across chat histories and notes apps.
The problem is real and widely under-tooled. Anyone using AI seriously develops prompts that work, and those prompts then live in scrollback, a text file or someone’s memory. That makes them impossible to share across a team, impossible to improve deliberately, and easy to lose. Treating prompts as reusable assets with structure around them is the obvious answer and remarkably few tools do it.
It is free, which lowers the barrier to trying the discipline rather than just the tool. Worth checking export options before you build a substantial library: prompts you cannot take with you are a lock-in risk in exactly the way scattered ones are not.
