Overview

Outwrite (formerly Gradeproof) is an AI writing assistant built to “turn your ideas into powerful sentences”: advanced grammar, spelling, and punctuation correction paired with AI-powered style-improvement suggestions.

Beyond correction, it tracks writing statistics like readability and grade level, offers a paraphrasing tool for rewriting sentences, and flags passive voice for conversion to active – with multilingual support across English, French, and Spanish, and integration everywhere writing actually happens: Chrome, Edge, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, and WordPress.

Outwrite targets professionals (marketers, publishers, agencies), students, and general email/document writers across organizations of any size. Three tiers: a free version, Outwrite Pro for individuals, and Outwrite for Teams for enterprise deployment. Specific pricing isn’t detailed on the page reviewed.
