Planto is a Hong Kong fintech company that sells data products to banks and other financial service providers. Its software reads banking transactions, including open banking and interbank account data, and turns them into features a bank can put inside its own app. It is a business-to-business product; consumers meet it through their bank, as in the Wealth360 feature launched with Citi in Hong Kong.
The site lists five solution areas. Personalized Financial Insights uses AI models trained on more than 60 million transactions to surface insights and support cross-selling. Customer Intelligence is a no-code, AI-driven segmentation tool for grouping customers. Retail and SME Cashflow Insights produces more than 40 cashflow insights and forecasts for credit decisions, with automated monitoring after approval. Wealth and Investment Insights infers investment preferences from transactions, and white-labelled financial management and ESG reporting features can launch in about two months, according to the company.
There is no public pricing or self-serve signup. Banks contact the company, and work is delivered as an integration project. The site does not explain how its models are validated, and its sales improvement figure is a company claim, so buyers should ask for evidence from live deployments.
