Plus AI is an artificial intelligence tool for building presentations that works as an add-on inside Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint rather than as a separate standalone app. Users open Plus AI from a sidebar panel within the slide editor they already use, type a prompt or upload a document, and the tool generates native, fully editable slides in that same file.
This positions Plus AI differently from browser based generators that build decks in their own editor and require exporting to move them into Slides or PowerPoint. Plus AI instead layers AI generation, rewriting, and design remixing on top of the editors people already know, so there is no compatibility loss when a deck needs manual editing afterward.
The tool is aimed at professionals, consultants, marketers, and teams who already build most of their decks in Google Slides or PowerPoint and want AI help without changing tools. It can generate a full presentation outline from a prompt, convert an uploaded document into slides, redesign existing slides through its Remix feature, and produce AI images and charts inline.
Team plans add shared branding, custom fonts and colors, and saved instruction presets so AI generated slides stay on brand across an organization. Plus AI has been installed by more than a million users through the Google Workspace Marketplace and ships as a Microsoft AppSource add-in as well.
