TTS Lines is a text-to-speech editor from AudioMultiCut that works line by line. A creator chooses a main voice, sets a different speaker, speed or pause on any line, previews the result, and exports MP3, WAV, ZIP or SRT files.
The free editor generates speech on the user’s device, after neural voice models download in the browser, so no account is needed. Language is detected automatically across more than two dozen supported languages. The site describes a paid TTS Lines Pro plan of $15 a month with 100,000 cloud speech characters per billing cycle, cloud voices, synced projects, folders, templates and ten saved versions per project.
The pricing page says Pro checkout is being set up and the free editor is available now, so the paid tier cannot be bought yet.
